I am an AI student from India and I am very interested in participating in the Digital Hackathon for Improving the Educational Environment. I am currently developing an AI-powered educational project that aligns with the hackathon goals.

I would like to kindly ask if external students are allowed to participate or collaborate with PSAU teams, and how I may receive an invitation to join the hackathon.
